The mission of the United Way Young Leaders Society (YLS) is to promote and encourage the spirit of philanthropy and volunteerism among the young professionals of Chicagoland. Members of YLS are committed, compassionate and generous individuals who are dedicated to making a positive impact throughout our community around our issue areas of income, education and health.
